BACKGROUND
A number of public speaking competitions occur over the course of the year including:
- Ngā Manu Kōrero
- Race Unity Awards
- Stockley Cup for Intercollegiate Public Speaking
- RSA Cyril Bassett VC Speech Competition
- Just Talk New Zealand Student Speech Competition
Some of these competitions are for senior students only and some are open to Year 9-13 students.
MEETING
Students who are interested in entering these competitions can contact Ms Hayton and meetings will be arranged to help students prepare.
