Dragonboating

BACKGROUND
The College enters a team of senior students to compete in the annual secondary schools Dragon Boat Festival held at the Aotea Lagoon on Wellington's waterfront. Students interested must be able to swim 200 metres competently and are required to pass a swim test. Expressions of interest are called for in November of the year prior.

TRAINING
Weekly trainings will be held commencing in February. Trainings will be at the Aotea Lagoon in town and students will need to arrange their own transport.
